Soft hills and ancient fortresses between vines and olive trees

This route starts from the center of Gualdo Cattaneo, just as the path number 2, and spread on the hills that rise toward San Terenziano, crossing geometric cultivated fields, vineyards and olive groves. The path is caracterized, in addition to beautiful scenery, by wonderful castles such as Cisterna, Barattano and Torri, without considering the splendid center perched of Gualdo Cattaneo. The route measure 32 kilometers and can be considered of medium difficulty, primarily because of the long slope that leads, in 8 kilometers, from ponte di ferro to the gates of San Terenziano, which adds to the approximately 6 kilometers of downhill that must be faced up to return in Gualdo Cattaneo.
