In the winery we do not use weed-killers or herbicides: modern technologies  togheter with a careful manual selection of the grapes, allow us to minimize the use of sulfites and to obtain high quality products. The choice to go beyond the DOC distinguish us from other Umbrian wineries: the current regulations impose strict laws, limiting the potential of a great grape variety such as Sagrantino.

For this reason we decided to use the autochthonous grape variety "by eccellence" for new soft and scented wines, typical of the ancient Umbrian tradition, and not only for classic DOC and DOCG wines.
